The official closing date was December 4, 2024.
We now embark on a mission to raise the funds to pay off the acquisition loans, secure a conservation easement, and support the establishment of a conservation cemetery on the property.
We have purchased a special tract of land, Hickory Preserve, located in northeast Leon County.
On Saturday, April 12, we took some members of the Florida state-wide Sierra Club (seen below) on a tour of Hickory Preserve. We all enjoyed it!
